Terms of Use


1. Terms

By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.


2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to access materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  2. transfer the materials to an alternative medium other than which has been granted - whether in electronic or printed format, for public or personal display, for commercial or non-commercial use;
  3. transfer the materials to another person, provide access of the materials to unauthorised persons, or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  4. modify or copy the materials;
  5. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
  6. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); or
  7. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  8. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any materials (electronic or printed) in your possession obtained without permission. Users who have had their license revoked for not abiding by these terms of use will not be eligible for a refund and may be liable for damages.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  2. Membership & Value Packages – You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of placing your order provided you have not used the product.
  3. Private Coaching
  4. All cancellations and refund requests for coaching programmes must be made in writing or via email and will be followed according to the policy detailed below. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled 1:1 Coaching Session, you are fully responsible for informing PLAB 2 Cases ~ Dr Hashim.
  5. Cancelling a coaching session: You are entitled to cancel a scheduled coaching session provided the request is made within 14 days of the booking and PLAB 2 Cases ~ Dr Hashim are notified at least 3 working days before the session is due to commence. In such cases you will be eligible for a full refund. A new date will not be offered and a refund not offered should the cancellation request not be made within this timeframe.
  6. Rescheduling a coaching session: If you are unable to attend a coaching session at a scheduled date for whatever reason, you may request to reschedule for a later date provided that PLAB 2 Cases ~ Dr Hashim are notified at least 3 working days before the session is due to commence. Rescheduling requests not made within this timeframe will result in the session being considered spent: a new date will not be offered and you will not be eligible for a refund. If a session is subject to rescheduling or cancellation by PLAB 2 Cases ~ Dr Hashim, then you will be informed via email at the earliest available opportunity. Arrangements will be then be made to ensure alternative suitable date(s) can be found to deliver the session. Should this not be suitable for you or the session is unable to be delivered, then you will be entitled to a full refund.
  7. Refunds after a coaching session: Refunds are not issued after a coaching session has been conducted. Your feedbacks is valued - if you were unsatisfied with the service provided, we would like to hear why to see how we could improve the service.
  8. It is your responsibility to ensure that your camera, microphone, speaker and internet connection are in working order prior to the agreed start time of the session to ensure that we start promptly on time. Note that a switched on camera is mandatory for the duration of the session (except for telephone consultation stations where you will be asked to switch it off). You are expected to join the Zoom meeting well in advance of the start time to check the above are in working order. A minimum internet speed of 5Mbps will be required for adequate two-way interaction on the Zoom platform. This can be checked on: https://fast.com . Please use the Zoom settings to check that your microphone is loud and clear, your speakers are working and that your face is clearly visible with good lighting. It is up to the discretion of Dr Hashim whether to continue with the session if you fail to meet one or more of the above requirements. If Dr Hashim deems that the session cannot be conducted to an acceptable standard due to your failure to meet one or more of the above requirements then he is within his right to cancel the session. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  9. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in a quiet room without distractions or interruptions. Any delays resulting from technical difficulties (above) or other interruptions from your side may result in the agreed number of stations not being completed, or you being subject to a penalty fee. This may depend on Dr Hashim's schedule, but is ultimately up to his discretion.


4. Disclaimer

The materials on the School’s website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.


5. Limitations

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.


6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.


9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
